Assuming you have a strongbox already set up for you, the procedures are quite simple:

1. Granting Access

A. Go here

Near the bottom of the page there is a section entitled 'You are the leader of:' Underneath the sub-heading 'Group Actions', click on 'Invite Member'

B. In the new page that appears enter the first few letters of their username into the text box and click on 'Submit', then select their username from the droplist that appears (usually with only one name in it) and click on 'Submit' again.

That's it, they're in (they don't need to do anything).

2. Removing access (for whatever reason, it's your space)

A. Go here (again)

Scroll down the list of joinable groups until you get to your group and click on 'View Members & Leaders'

B. In the new page that appears tick the box next to the member(s) of your group that you want to remove and click on the 'Submit' button next to 'Removed selected members from this group'

That's it, they're outta there!
